Gates Speech input Console

I found this piece in a old trailor my Dad had turned into a recording studio for his band.I haven’t found any ID or numbers other than saying it is a Gates if so one could help me out.I also have an RCA BC-6B that he used that I would like to know anything about.Can’t get it to open pic.
