A good post. Found interesting about the part about these imported(Chinese) transmitters that operate OK at first but after awhile start to get more dirty and cause interference to aviation etc, as Thelegacy found out.
Like the part about the cracking down on the uncertified imported transmitters but I don’t think he looks on amazon! It should start there.
August 20, 2019 at 9:09 am #112657See My FCC agent friend I keep in contact with doesn’t lie and he doesn’t like popping people like me who just wants to serve a rare format to a community.
I got a lot of slack when I made that statement on forums and got banned for six months from AM&FM Hobby Broadcasting for as they tried to say “making stuff up” but the other admin finally saw things my way when I secretly 3 way’d my agent friend making the very same statement. I really like this dude as he takes the time to explain stuff not just call names and get upset.
