I got the base-loaded antenna sent to me last year from the “Antenna Guy,” Carl. The 1/2″ copper pipe was sent in two sections with a means to connect the two.
I’ve never really gotten the two pipes to screw together firmly, but enough to stay together.
I’ve always wondered if this could be why my signal isn’t all that good. Do any of you recommend buying a full copper pipe that isn’t in two sections and using that instead?
