It’s a paradox:
we cannot broadcast in LPFM because FM band is regulated but Italian FM licensed stations cannot complaint against FM stations based in North Africa that disturb especially from 103 to 108 Mhz.
We cannot broadcast in LPAM because they don’t know how to rule the AM usage but if we accept to be prosecuted by law we’ll get our goal because there is no law ruling this.
Anyway… The good news are that Italians want broadcasting in AM (LPAM or not). I’m aware of a relevant number of transmitters bought from Ramsey or 6v6 and we have some brodcaster transmitting with hundreds of Watts. Something is happening!
