I’ve used USB microphones. And, there are several audio to USB convertors available that convert line level audio to USB, i.e. USB sound cards.

From there, a WIRELESS USB device could transport the audio to a PC. Range might be a problem but that should be an uncompressed audio data stream arriving at the PC.

Someone out there has probably figured out how to extend the range of the wireless USB devices with pie pans and coat hangers.
