I am here early this morning in the middle of the USA and curious about where you are living, and what the regulations are for radio in your country.
Here in the U.S. the rules for unlicensed FM are very very strict, we can only send for about 50-meters (200-feet).
In New Zealand they are allowed 1-Watt with no license, which covers a larger area.
Our AM medium-wave rules are better, as we can sometimes reach maybe 2-miles (how many kilometers is that?)
