I kinda copied the Ramsey TM 100 design. 56″ of wire looped and spaced 1″ apart and fed with a standard 300/75 ohm antenna balun. Been using it for years with an FM 100B..

Feed it from a side for vertical polarization.. (Look at the product manual)

You can connect an ElCheepo xmtr to 75 ohm (RG-6) with one of those baluns too!
