Carl, that actually already is an mp3 file, not a video, it’s just that it’s embedded inside a flash player.. a direct link to the mp3 in this case is: http://traffic.libsyn.com/ralphnaderradiohour/ralph_nader_ep_1.mp3
If your browser happens to be Firefox or other monzilla brand browser like Thunderbird or SeaMonkey (which by the way SeaMonkey really is the best, I’ve used exclusivey for years), then the easiest way for you to extract the mp3 out of flash players would be to install the Flashgot plugin http://flashgot.net which will extract and download the underlying media out of flashplayers for you, which in this case is an mp3..
But anyway, the mp3 your trying to get right now is http://traffic.libsyn.com/ralphnaderradiohour/ralph_nader_ep_1.mp3
And while on the subject, if you ever want to extract audio from an online video, what I usually use is an online coverter at http://www.vidtomp3.com/ .. Say the video is on youtube, just copy the url address of the video, then go to http://www.vidtomp3.com/ and paste it in that box and click covert to download the mp3
I’ll send you the bill in the morning.
