1. On simulcasting (I assume by Part 15) an Internet station: Good question. The lawyers could probably fight over this for some time. This could depend on:
a. How far does the signal go outside your house?
b. Are you simulcasting in the AM or FM broadcast bands, or on another frequency like 49 MHz (goes to whether your “performance” is public or not)?
c. Are you purely recasting the Internet feed, or are you injecting any other audio (goes to whether your “performance” is intended for anyone else besides the occupants of your house)?
2. On a separate antenna: If you are within the signal strength limits (measured in uV/m at a given distance in meters from the most strongly radiating object), you are always good to go.
