One thing you may want to consider correcting in your FAQs:

Technically the Part 15 Standard for FM is expressed as 250 microvolts per meter, measured at 3 meters, and not 100 mw. If you actually used 100 mw, you would probably not be in compliance with Part 15. I am not sure how to reword your FAQ, but you probably want to take out the reference to 100 mw on FM. It is fair to say that a Part 15 FM station would only have a range of 200 feet or less. [This is the FCC’s estimate for 0.01 microwatts ERP (Effective Radiated Power), as opposed to transmitter output power.]
