I guess it depends on what the objective is, but it seems to me (if not syncing) they should be all one frequency, and just accept the non-reception areas between each transmitter. If you use multile frequencies, in the long run could get to be a lot more inconvient to deal with than it may seem.

But also, when everyone talks about their range, are we not talking about reception in a car? If that's the case then listeners can't be expected to be changing the frequencies multiple times as they drive through each area. It would be better to have dead spots and then returns.

Once in awhile the news tells that some people live in their car because rents are too high and if there are such car livers in your coverage area we ought to get out there and tell them your station is serving their interests.

Maybe you can set up a special parking lot for car livers. It would be like a scaled-down trailor park without trailors.

It would be a Drive-In Radio Theater.

Well what I'm saying is that the capabiities of part 15AM is generally best suited to car radios because they generally are the best AM receivers compared to most portable radios. You might be able to acheive a mile range (or whatever), but in most cases only car radios will be able to pick it up that far away. No one will be abe to receive it on their counter top radio at home the same distance.

I always thought that garages were a waste of indoor space.

What we should have is a way of parking the car in the living room so we could listen to its good radio or even take a nap in it.
