Got one of the two I bought. Other in transit. Same seller  but both shipped different ways.
Like new as described. Harmonics could be better as seen on the spectrum analyzer but still well within allowed limits. The only transmitter I saw a problem with harmonics was the wholehouse 3.
Carrier has no humming, buzzing with properly filtered 12 volt DC adaptor. Will get it up and running later and report on audio. This is a CZH-05B(Retekess TR 508) that has been modified to meet BETS Canada and part 15 USA certifications. No power low and high adjustment and goes from 88-107.5 as specified by BETS. More convenient to use as 1/4 the size of the MS-100 and telescoping antenna that is directly connected to the transmitter mounted like a portable radio where a replacement can be attached on the swivel part. It's not proprietary like the MS-100. Uses a readily available 12 volt DC adaptor. Should perform the same as the Decade MS-100 from what I saw here taking some off antenna signal measurements. Did a change from the 20 inch antenna to a 30 inch one as initially saw less signal strength then the Decade MS-100 and this brought it inline with what I get from the MS-100 as I can get the proper 1/4 wave length. Connecting the audio cable as Tim's tests showed also increases the output depending on the placement of the cable. Same with the Decade MS-100. Tim's tests showed with the antenna vertical 3370 uV/M(3.37 mV/M) at 3 meters(open field test) which is slightly higher than what would get you 100uV/M at 30 meters(BETS Canada) I also found that interestingly, lengthening the antenna more than the 1/4 wave length didn't make it better and it got worse. Longer is not better!

Pros...smaller more convenient to use.
Uses an easily readily available replaceable antenna that any portable radio uses.
Uses 12 volts DC, with a common wall adaptor and can also be run from a 12 volt battery.
BETS certified.
Frequency accuracy good. My setting of 89.9 showed on spectrum analyzer as 89.9006

Cons..Can't switch from stereo to mono.
A modified Chinese mass produced CZH O5B(Retekess tr 508) made to Decade's specs.

Will report on audio when I get it up and running.

For the audio on the CM-10, can't think of anything bad. Nothing wrong with it at all.
Full sounding clean audio. No transmitter caused noise on the carrier and with a decent power supply..silence.  Slightly less bass as opposed to the MS-100 which is a bit more bass heavy. But still full sounding audio. I'd post a sound example here but don't think it will post here. Nothing wrong with this at all.
