I started frequenting the site to download DJ Frederick's One Minute Zine Review. These short clips feature a variety of literary subjects and fit nicely into a playlist.
Today I noticed a link on Zotte Park to the Carl Blare Low Power Hour and I'm curious to know how the Low Power Hour came to Zotte Park.
Carl has apparently built a fine reputation with the Low Power Hour!

I probably was informed about the link way back when, but my memory is only 16MB and a lot slips out of memory.
When I discovered the 1-Minute Zine Reviews I asked Zotte for permission to air, which is how our friendship began.
Also, Zotte does a really good show featuring recordings from yard sales and second hand shops, I forget the exact title. Excellent humor and light-hearted hosting.
