When I was 19 years old a friend at the FM station called me a "geriatric teenager."
Your thinking-cap works fine all the time.
And the advice is something we have said at ALPB Meetings... this part 15 business is only a novel pastime, yet some (of us) take it with deadly seriousness.
It is for that reason that I am going to start using transmission lines and just not measure them.

Mr Blare's quoted beliefs could lead some readers into dismissing technical reality -- which I suspect/hope is not his goal.
Technical reality is an abstract opinion when measured in terms of indistinct rules open to interpretation.
