I spent a whole weekend getting a hold of them and sitting playing cds for 48 hours or more. I am sure it is in part your hardware. That is why when we bought our new system we bought the hardware from them. Tha also gave them no excuse "Oh it must be you your hardware) I was also impressed with Imediatouch's service. Anyway I hope you got your program working I know it is a pain when this happens. I sent you two emails and was just wanting for a response befor I went tinto to much...it is a long story and quite complex. I told myself I should write a book about how to throw money away
I think I have it going again. After I jumped through a few more hoops, and then yelled to get the code I needed, the older version is running. They actually gave me a hard time about wanting the validation code for the older version??? Why should they care what version I run as long as I have a current service contract and a hardware key? It's also odd that they released a new update, but didn't bother to let me know that it was out. The newest most stable version ever, with 255 days of uptime... Big deal. I had nearly that running their older version across a network on computer hardware that does not meet their specs. I would have had longer but the CPU fan died, followed by the power supply fan.
