Okay, I moved this from the blog section to content.
Hi guy's,
I am back and have a request for whoever want's to lend their voice to
Blue Bucket Radio. I have a script for a station ID and was wondering if everyone would care to record the station id for me and then post the final product here as an mp3 at 128 kbps mono.
If you don't feel like it that's great too, i am not picky.
I just thought it would be cool to have everyone that wants to particpate in this project record the station id then i would download their version and then add them into zararadio to be shuffled throught the week.
In return, i could record station i.d.'s for you as well.
Just post a script in the comments and i will record it for you and post it here for download.
Deal?
Here's the script:
Dry Read,

Thank you Tim in Bovey, sounds great.
Let me know if you need anything voiced and I'll take care of it.
Bob, another great station id and the music bed add's a nice touch.
thank you very much and as i told Tim, if you need something voiced just let me know.
To your gmail address..in mono, MP3.
Mark
Thanks for recording the station id's and as i said in the email response they sound great. All of these files are added to a folder called Station ID and are scheduled to play at the top of the hour while randomly chosen by Zararadio software.
Having multiple voices record station i.d.'s gives the illusion we have a staff of announcers taking turns announcing the station identifier and the part 15 info.
I got this idea from a station i worked for that used the same technique, all of us DJ's recorded a station i.d. and the software (at the time it was DigiLink) chose randomly from a folder called staff announcements. If i recall we also did this for Christmas as well.

Stereo or mono either one is fine, i wasn't really thinking that BBR is actually mixed down from stereo to mono anyway. Both the AM and FM are mono
and by the time the track goes out over the air it won't affect how it is delivered to the listeners ears.
So far the station has aired the 4 I.D.'s provided by Bob, Tim in Bovey, Mark and Frank sound just fine on the AM and FM.

Correction Rick, not sure where i got Frank from.
That was a cool idea Berry. I enjoyed hearing both Tim's ID and Bob's as well. Very nice job from the both of you. Could be cool to do something similar with my station someday. I'd have to think about how I'd want that one to go lol. I think I'd want something about the New Radio Revolution in the ID. Maybe something like:
Your listening to WAQM Album Rock for the quarter mile in Deltaville, Virginia Also known on the Internet World Wide as The Legacy or A-1 Audio Legacy FM We broadcast on 87.7 Mhz and cover a close range on FM but can be heard world wide at http://thelegacy.shorturl.com For those supporting Hobby Broadcasting we encourage you to head to http://the-initiative.boards.net . The Legacy is a New Radio Revolution Radio group operated station. IF you would like to learn how you can start your own station or rebroadcast ours you can head to the New Radio Revolution site or http://part15.us to learn more. Thanks for listening.
Its just an idea. I have an ID sharter than that I already use and I don't mention The New Radio Revolution on it. Here is how I done that one:
Your listening to WAQM Album Rock for the Quarter Mile playing the best Classic Rock, Progressive Rock or Album Rock you grew up with. You can make requests on our Rockline @ 252-506-9299 or reach us on our Facebook page by heading to http://thelegacy.shorturl.com click on chat. While your on our site consider a donation as it helps with the high cost of royalty licensing. We hope you enjoy this Radio station and keep on listening.
As you see the one I use now is short. As I do stream on the net too it really gives a perspective of the station.
Correction, there is no Frank, it was Rick. Frank is our lazy engineer that lives under the stairs and drinks gin made from a sock and mouthwash lol
I've got so much on my mind lately, i might not even know my own name 🙂
Here is a link to my Google Drive folder containing the station i.d.'s we have so far.

Hi Guys,
I moved house to another part of Dublin recently and so intend to start txing from this new location soon. I wish to send out a few test transmissions and am looking for a voice, or voices, to record a test transmission announcement that I will place between every other song. I wonder if you would oblige?
The text is as follows:
You are listening to a test transmission for Total Country on 92.7FM.
If you can hear this transmission, please contact us to let us know where you are listening to us and how we are sounding.
You can text us on, oh 8 nine, four four four, 1 oh six four, or can direct message us via twitter – our twitter address is @totalcountryfm
This is a new choice for Inchicore , Total Country, playing County legends and today’s best country.
Note for VO:
The numerical text/cell number is 089 444 1064
Inchicore is pronounced Inchy as in Inch, the measurement, and Core, as in apple core – InchyCore. If this is a problem, then just replace Inchicore with the words "The Canal Communities"
Thank you guys,
Pat
I love your voice ID for WAQM I'm using it now.
