What does a holographic universe mean for part 15 radio?
A hologram is a phase front produced by interference of waves, usually light. If we could "freeze" the RF interference patterns then we would have a radio hologram. The Low Power Hour could be simply preserved for all to enjoy.
Many "complete" theories abound about the structure and workings of the Universe but there are flaws. Just when those working on the subject think they have a complete model something is observed which doesn't fit such as gravity doesn't fit with the other fundamental forces. This usually results in patches and extensions to the theory which further complicates it.
My own take on quantum physics is that just as Einstein's theory of General Relativity expanded on Newton's Laws of gravity some day General Relativity will also be supplanted. Theories such as those linked are just too complicated and are n-dimensional contortions designed to explain inconsistencies between theory and observation. They do not necessarily describe reality.
One example from history is the epicycles developed to describe planetary motion when it was thought that Earth was the center of the Universe. This accurately provided predictions of orbits but was very difficult to understand. With Copernicus' theory of a heliocentric solar system this became much simpler and closer to what is observed.
I believe that some day the complicated "theories of everything" will be replaced with simple ones, ones about which people will someday say "It was right in front of us all the time and we didn't see it." Such has been the experiences over the millennia of trying to understand things.
Such musings may be proven wrong but they are fun.

Several things cause for me what I call "reader shred," a condition in which the word composition comes apart as I read.
The article plainly states, "The universe is one big projection."
This implies a projector, which I think is supposed to be the "black hole," which from that point of view resembles a projection lense.
Still, you'd need a projector operator and a producer in charge of set design.
"The dual nature of the universes" skips ahead, no discussion of "several universes" having taken place. And how could it?
"Universe" is a contraction of "uni," meaning "one," and "verse," a verse. What is a verse?
A verse is a poem. And here again, you'd need a poet... who's that supposed to be? What does that make us... rhymes?
And finally, to throw an 8-dimensional sphere into the game violates all the laws of sports.
I'm just starting to understand some
of the theory. Oh yeah - I've heard the
word "multiverse" a few times lately.
I'm glad you guys put info on it up here.
It is fun.

Holographic man seeks female hologram for some hologramic fun.
I have Uverse. Does that count?
Carl, that would be hologasmic fun.
Hologasmic is spot on, it takes an Ohioan to know such things.
Quoting myself from post #2 "My own take on quantum physics is that just as Einstein's theory of General Relativity expanded on Newton's Laws of gravity some day General Relativity will also be supplanted. I have just discovered the description of a theory which poses that Einstein's Equivalence Theory may not be correct and if so then contrived explanations regarding how the Universe operates can be discarded.
The General Theory of Relativity assumes that gravitational mass and inertial mass are equivalent but the new theory says that they are not. This disconnect allows describing the motions of stars and galaxies without resorting to "dark matter" and other such constructs. This non-equivalence is too small to measure at present and remains to be proven but, to me, it is a more satisfying resolution to the divergence between theory and observation than others which have been proposed.

Objects in space are prompted to rotate and move around because it's so cold out there and they try to generate a little heat, much the same way as we rub our hands together and shiver.
Sunday, December 21, 2014 was the Winter Solstice, the shortest day of the year.
So why is it staying darker in the mornings?
