@ Artisan, Ya, the LX 75 would be at full power a whole lot better than BETS-1!

If I could get this licence for $56 for my area and just broadcast with more power than BETS-1 with the certified LX75 it would be great!!

But the area you are in as you said could be viewed as a tourist area and maybe you could get away with it. But how would I?

Joel does this as a job as a pro de-jay.

If I could somehow swing this I'd love it!

Let me know what you do and if there's a loop hole and I could do this I want to know!!
