What you said John is what I understand, but when is a device considered a "radio Frequency" device?
If the device is in hundreds of pieces, is it still considered a "radio frequency" device?
I can clearly understand a fully assembled, fully functional "radio frequency" device being questionable, but what if the device is in several bags of parts and can be anything at all, until all the parts are put into place to suddenly resemble a "Radio Frequency" device?
Bruce.
John Druid Radio, you will receive a clear response to your "confusion" on tomorrow's postings, but for tonight this is Carl Blare signing off.
If you dig around the site, the FCC clearly defines waht a radio frequency device is.
Good morning... no need to stand, keep your seats.
In Post 30 Mr. Druid expressed confusion, apparently over Mr. Carl's Post 29 very much agreeing with and accepting Mr. Druid's Post 28, "FCC Import Conditions", as being affirmative of views earlier held by Mr. Carl.
As it turns out the link presented as part of Mr. Druid's Post 30 "I'm Confused", actually spread confusion because it was a new and different link not previously in evidence, an FCC "Citation and Order" which does not collate in every way with the previous exhibit thus putting contradiction into the discussion.
I'd call this a mistrial.
