This device is not certified. The FCC ID on it is bogus. See the attached letter from the FCC:
I'm not surprised in the slightest.
Here is an email from the FCC staing that this device is non-compliant:

It looks like this device was mixed up with a tranceiver and also the 7 Watt version of the transmitter. I know the new revised -48dbm unit should be in the legal limit at the low power mode. It won't even get out of my house. For this reason I'm still looking at saving up for or somehow winning the Whole House 3.0 although its overpowered at least its certified for what that is worth. Or maybe when I get the AM Antenna done just forget FM. This really is a tough deal.
