Interesting device, in fact my son bought one for his car and dropped it off to me because he said it wasn't working right.
The package says IWorld on it.
The one I have is in a white plastic case. I'm attempting to do a test, but the unit is not powering up for me at the moment for some reason.
Time to open it up and figure out what is currently wrong. If I can get it powered up, I'll let you know if this one broadcasts in stereo.
Bruce.
Okay opened it up and put batteries in compartment, the device powered up on 88.1 MHz on frequency indicated by my frequency counter, I then tuned an FM stereo radio to 88.1MHz and the stereo indicator is lit up, tried a second FM radio, stereo indicator is also lit up.
I think the unit failed to power up originally because the button may have been making full contact with the internal push button while the unit was assembled.
I will put it back together and do anther power up test.
I have confirmed my unit does broadcast in FM stereo.

The power switch on the circuit board is not the greatest, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't and it sort of rocks back and forth when you press it. Shorting the top two contacts of the switch powers it up. You have to hold the switch down a few seconds for power up or power down, but the channel change happens with a momentary push of the button.
I have not tried pushing audio into the unit via the 1/8 stereo jack to sample sound, perhaps I'll try that next.
Wow the FM band is active here tonight, tropo like crazy all across the band.
Bruce.
I am also looking for a FM transmitter and looking for the some circuit to build it by own.
Can you please tell me what componenets should i use and how i can gett he better efficinecy?
What should i do for ling range communication?
If you do a web search on this topic you will find several do it yourself FM transmitter projects.
I do not recommend that you build your own because you will probably spend more than if you buy one assembled.

In the case of a really small device, the rules exempt the statement. But it should be included in the manual.
