You may need to make multiple tries to register with conventional minds who are unaccustomed to considering novel and original solutions.
Those ideas registered with me. I investigated them, and published the results.
Sorry that apparently you don't accept them, but that is your choice.
If I erred in my remark I'll be the second to admit it.
I'm going to review everything that's been said and return with a determination.
Meanwhile, please stand on the side walk.

Rich is correct.
My Post #45 "Know Your Box" is erroneous and is withdrawn.
As you were.
Hey Carl, now over at Hobbybroadcaster.com, one of the folks there is effectively
calling your interview re the NOUO on the latest LPH bogus (never mind the other usual shots from arrogance).
The other hobby site is not authorized to download the LPH, which is intended solely for part15.us, thealpb.com and affiliated radio stations.
The field reporter on the NOT bogus story was ALPB Member Jeff Station8 who is upright and reliable.
The government and corporations issue bogus news but the Low Power Hour does not.
Just for fun we ask, "if the LPH story about the Michigan NOUO is bogus, what is the TRUE version of the story?"
We're waiting.
I thought that sounded like Jeff, who I met (voicewise, anyway) during an ALPB meeting.
I don't know if there's a copyright notice for the LPH, but if not, you might want to put one there, and re-iterate who is authorized to download and listen to it.
Having toured the hobby site to read what what was said and who said it, here is what we found:
It appears no one illicitely obtained the LPH, and one member even said he would not wish to hear the "left-wing" Blare (an annoying loud sound). That of course is his right as a patriot.
Rich Powers of End 80 Radio, with my permission, shared the report about the NOUO in Michigan as part of a thread on that subject in progress over there.
The attribution to John Mouw was inadvertant and not part an intentional misinformation, it seemed to happen as the story passed down the pipeline.
Final score, everybody is fine, no one did anything improper, and Part 15 is wonderful.
Join the ALPB.
There is no harm and in fact may be benefit in sharing pertinent news among part 15 oriented sites but in doing so an attribution with no comment or perhaps a thank you would be good manners. Adding negative comments, not so much.

Artisan made the excellent suggestion that terms and conditions for access to The Low Power Hour be clearly defined and published to avoid confusion.
The Low Power hour exists to promote the hobby/profession of Part 15 radio broadcasting and is available to Part 15 radio stations for non-commercial educational use.
Radio stations that notify (kdx) of the program's use will be added to the affiliates list posted on (the) website and receive mentions on the program.
The Low Power Hour is available to Friends of Part 15 which includes equipment manufacturers, suppliers and individuals with an academic interest in Part 15 radio.
A more detailed Terms and Conditions of Use is posted at
