No glue yet, I won't glue it until I'm done testing it. Right now it's held together with black gaffer tape and cable ties on the ends of the ladder line. If I have time I play with it more today.
Greg,
Here's a hint that you might be interested in. I worked for a company that did P.C. board production and they used PVC piping and valves. While the system was being developed, they wanted to be able to easily change things and since the lines were low pressure they did this:
Assemble the pipes and fittings and put the glue around the outside of the junctions. Enough will seep in to hold the connections and make them waterproof yet a firm twist will separate them and they can be changed or reconnected this way. This trick will allow you to take things apart if you need to.
Your tape method is fine but I thought you would like to consider this semi-permanent method once you are satisfied with the antenna.

Thanks. I finally convinced everyone that part 15 FM is not going to work. Wish I had been able to spend that money on an SStran AMT3000 instead. After I finish with more than a few projects, I'll order one of those in kit form and start building for a Spring install. Still lots of work to get our stream going, but the server finally arrived today. Need to finish installing Simian in the production room, and get the Skimmer Plus box built and recording. Plus when the Orban stuff arrives I'll need to install the Optimod PC and learn how to make it go. We'll be running on the Opticodec LE ($99) for a few months while I learn what the Optimod PC can do. Our Telos 6 line hybrid went in yesterday...
All in all, we have some good stuff installed. And once I have a few moments to breath, it will only get better!
