Anyone here tried one of these "Stereo Transmitter Companion" units from Ramsey? What are your experiences? Is it worth trying, or just a waste of 130 bucks?

The Behringer 1424DSP is far superior to the STC1C, and for less money to boot. The best part is you don't have to build it. I find the STC1C pretty flimsy and is way overpriced compared to a real processor like the 1424DSP.
