I have tried to go to this site a few times. Each time I get a foreign language Web page with a dialog box look-alike in the center of the page, and "Puslapiai.lt" at the top of the box. The LT domain is Lithuania, so apparently this page was hosted by a Lithuanian ISP and I expect the Radio Jamming site is defunct or has been suspended by the ISP. I have tried "www.radiojamming." with com, net, org, lt, and us endings, but apparently nothing is associated with any of these domains.
A 'whois' lookup shows the owner of the site to be in Lithuania. I haven't tried to access the site because I'm sure our firewall would block it.
The site> http://www.radiojamming.info/ < seems for the moment had gone. But you can read about Rimantas Pleikys here: http://www.zilionis.lt/jamming/jamminge.htm
