I think it's cool that Part 15.219
still mentions the 100 mW DC input
and states that heater or filiment
power does not apply.
Tubes. Gotta love it even if you
don't use them anymore.

That tells you how out of touch the FCC is. They specifiy OUTPUT in most other regulations.

I'm out of touch also because I believe that "final RF stage" is the antenna.
