well it finally happened. i got booted from the frequency i had been using for the last 3 years. some out of town Godcaster manage to shoehorn in a 30 watt translator right on the frequency i have been using. their 50dbu contour is right over the top of my coverage area. ahh the perils of legal unlicensed low power radio. no frequency reservations.
well as a result of the frequency change i need my id's and promos redone for the new frequency.
anyone with a good radio voice able to make me up some new ones for me?
I'd love it if tim in bovy would take on the task of making me some.
I need about maybe 20 (i think that is about how many i have now) it would basically be the same ones i have now but the frequncy announcements would be changed to reflect the new frequency.
the guy who made my original ones did it twice once when i started and once after i moved.
i hate to bug him for yet a 3rd time to redo them. it was not too long ago he did this last batch for me.

Yeh, I could try this for you. I assume you just want another voice doing this other than yourself?
If you just want to have the station plugs you have now and just change the frequency id's, OK, or maybe I can throw in some of the ones I use also since my format is oldies and classic hits so some of mine might fit, just with your frequency.
I can do it in MP3 files at a 192 bit rate and send you the files in an email.
I assume these are just short 10 second station Id's...for example, "taking you on a cruise back in time...you're listening to the best oldies and classic hits of the 50s 60s and 70s on 90.7 FM" or "don't like the stuff the other stations are playing, keep it tuned right here for a real alternative...90.7FM" These are 2 of many I have. If yours are similar I could do it for you.
But I just make my files myself and make a lot of them so they come up often in the mix. Well, I have about 30 or so but I duplicate the files to make about 15 of each so I end up with about 450 or so of them. and they come up at random in the mix.

Do you just need straight reads? e.g. no music or effects? If I can send 'em in one file (e.g. I don't have to break 'em into separate files and save them individually) I'd be glad to read 'em and send you the mp3 back.
