Check out BBSRADIO.COM. They have tons of programs and are Part 15 friendly. I had problems playing their streams via Zara so today they provided 2 more stream links that work great!

Following a tour of BBSradio_com we are whelmed (almost overwhelmed) by the plethora of radio programs listed.
There is probably something for every one of our many stations.
And from Jim Henry's experience, it looks like BBR Radio is very station friendly which makes for a good experience all around.

I couldn't find any mention of requiring some form of music licensing for their programming. Do you have any info on that particular aspect?
