First off I must pay tribute to our neighbors at hobbybroadcasting.net for posting about the Kmart Music Collection at archive.org. This is one of those excellent treasure discoveries.

Attention Kmart Shoppers! Oh my gosh... reminds me shopping there with Mom, holy c**p the easy jazz, and that smooth voice.
Martha Stewart was just in the news saying she should have bought K-Mart, and I think so, it seems like it's on teh rocks since combining with Sears. Under Martha the stores would be cleaner.. It needs the woman's touch, definitely.
There is one Kmart in my driving territory, haven't been there for about two years. Need to pay a visit and ask where Martha Stewart is set up.
They can explain to me that she's not in the store, and I just won't understand.
She might step out of a speaker to greet you.
(On the Kmart tapes, Martha's voice is on the 30th anniversary special).
While Martha was serving time in prison so that we could remain free, I offered to be her permanent visitor if they would simply assign me as her cell mate, but I was declined.
Martha was gracious for my offer and had a fine pastry sent around.
None the less I thought Kmart should have hired a spokeswoman named "Kay."
