I can't find the manual.  I just want to run it

through my carrier current coupler.

It won't go far.  But I'm wondering what it WILL do.

Just for fun.  620 is blank here during the day.  (Nightime

it sure isn't ha ha ha!)  I'll do neutral (sp?) feed.  I have a mod

for the SS-Tran.

Thanks much

Brooce, Part 15 Hartford

It was very nice of you to put the manual up

here on the board.

I guess you must be in the process of moving.

After listening to your radio show many times

I have an imaginary image of what your house,

yard, street, and town look like - which of course

is not correct.  I can also picture Carl's world too,

and I know that's all wrong.

Anyway, be careful out there.

I will report my CC results.

Brooce is getting too close to the truth when he says:  "I can also picture Carl's world too... and I know that's all wrong."

Carl admits, yes Brooce, my world is all wrong.

Bruce,

We are stalled at the moment. The move has been put off until the first week of May and packing has stopped at least for the time being.

My wife has come down with a stomach virus so i am wearing two hats today, well a hat and an apron. It's not a pretty sight lol. So far I have been lucky and the virus hasn't attacked me ..yet. This is round two for Stephanie in the past couple weeks.

Our world here, seriously isn't as ugly as i may have reported previously.
The scenery here in E.Kentucky is beautiful, it's the economy and the social aspect of this area that we are trying to escape from.

Never has my family ever had to struggle so hard to make ends meet or to get along with their neighbors as hard as we have to here. We live across the street from the most dysfunctional family in America.

They are the poster family for dysfunctional people in America.
I think our show The Little Things Radio show will return as soon as we get moved and then  we can dive deep into what makes this area so bad to live in.

Yep, scenery isn't everything, but it does make living in hell a bit easier.

Barry: "...it's the economy and the social aspect of this area that we are trying to escape from."

Ya know...the economy...we really can't do much about that right now. Social failure is purely our fault. We are the ones that accept rudeness as norm. Tactless, blunt and no concern for the feelings of others. I hear the words, "DEAL with it!" a lot!

Shows like Honey Boo Boo and that drek. Cable channels across the spectrum filled with "reality shows"...what reality? My God, even Food Network...the only one left...and we have Kitchen Sabotage???? Who authorized that abortion?

We did. Not me. But the majority. The Honey Boo Boos are the Majority now! D-uhhh! America as we knew it...goodbye! Trump thinks he can save it. Good luck with that!

OK...the AMT 3000 switch settings! Thanks for that!

Doug

Did not mean to post something that would cause a copyright problem.

As much as I like Phil B. I do find it odd that he keeps his manuals hidden. Many times I make purchase decisions based on what I discover in the user manual. I would be OK with the schematic diagram being removed if that is the real rub.

So we can't post URL's that have copyrighted material? I would think that excludes much of the internet.

"So we can't post URL's that have copyrighted material?"

We received a polite, non-threatening request from the copyright holder to remove the link to his copyrighted material.  He stated that the second link was to material which is not copyrighted and it could remain.

Removing the link was solely my decision as a moderator and was not based on legalities or as an action to set precedence on this site, rather, it was done as a courtesy to the requester for this specific situation.

CENTINEL asks:  "So we can't post URL's that have copyrighted material? I would think that excludes much of the internet."

The material removed was not a link to a publically available URL but was privately uploaded, which is known as "sharing" and does require permission, as I understand it.

Thank you everyone.

A late answer to Barry - I hope you and

your family are doing better.  I was in a similar

situation.

My AMT-3000 is now on 620 kHz.  I am putting

the CC coupler back together.   I just need a .1uf cap

which can handle about 1 kV.  There has got to be

one around here somewhere.

I don't know what I would do without

the SS-Tran transmitter.

My Gates board is starting to look pretty

good on the outside.  When all of this is done

I will have a cool looking Part 15 station that

will go through 10 or 15 vintage radios in the

house.  It has taken years and years and years

to get this stuff together.  The set-up isn't going

to go very far.  I'll mess around with that later.

Best wishes to all

Brooce Part 15 Hartford
