For several years KDX Worldround Radio has aired "The Stuph File Program" every Sunday hosted by Peter Anthony Holder.

The program brings odd and goofy stories from the previous week's news and includes two interviews per show with authors of unusual books and actors from show business, and heralds an "Idiot oif the Week", some actual person who did something really dumb.

Contact Mr. Holder via his website for permission to air this always funny show on your station.

Very entertaining "news broadcast"! I was only able to listen to one episode so far (EPISODE #0349), since there's no audio links on the archived shows pages. I assume the active "most recent" link changes weekly on the streaming player as well as on the download link, and I'll be sure to tune in next Sunday..

From what I gather the program ceased production back in 2009 after 3 years and 133 episodes.

January thru August 2009 (31 shows)

January thru December 2008 (51 shows)

January thru December 2007 (51 shows)

One might think replaying a news program a half a decade later would sound drastically dated - but it doesn't.. It's is a current events type broadcast, but the stories reported about and the interviews presented seem to play out ok most anytime.

Based on the single show I've heard so far, this would be an excellent weekly 1 hour program to air on any broadcast station today. Even the embedded "commercials" (donation requests), and stringers are well done and entertaing. The only thing in question is some of the music beds of copyright music.

Hmmmm.. I'm still listening to the show (about 30 minutes in).. evidently this is a current program, I got the impression of it being discontinued after looking at the archive page. This is not an archived show I'm listening to now. I should have realized that as this is episode #349.

You are right, Rich Powers, the Stuph File is very much currently in production.

Mr. Holder has never missed a week... he always has a new show and never resorts to re-runs.

If you want the current Stuph File ask Keith Perron of PCJ Media if you can air his show The Happy Station Show then ask Mr.Holder to allow you to air his show as well, Keith Perron will give you the FTP info used to download The Happy Station Show and whalla!

You will have access to current shows for both programs including a few other great shows as well.  PCJ Media
