Hello Rob Veld!
The Netherlands is a wonderful and creative country in the world that gave us the great Radio Netherlands Shortwave Stations, which sadly have mostly closed down.
Is license free radio broadcasting allowed in the Netherlands?
Happy New Year! May we deviate and add sporadic amplitudes to carriers for years to come..

Hello Carl,
Sadly, we don't have license free radio broadcasting in the Netherlands. There are MW pirates, the most of them in the north-eastern part.
There are some guys with the AMT 3000 (I have one) but most of them have build their own transmitter.
AT-EZ (=FCC) does not take LPAM & LPFM seriously (jet).

On the website thealpb.com we have started gathering references to low power regulations in various countries, and to date we have Canada, New Zealand and The Homeland (US).
Jonny C. provided a link for a Belkin FM transmitter, and the site contains these words:
"This product is compliant with the EU standard for Band II Low Power Devices for use in Germany, Switzerland and Iceland. For all other countries, please refer to National Legislation for use."
That gives us another clue to track down.

In the Netherlands is 50 nanoWatt ERP legal. This Belkin TX is legal in the Netherlands. But it is not legal to use it with an antenna.
BTW: The most of these transmitters are not ver "clean" and produce to much harmonics.
Frequenties for audio Broadcast in the Netherlands are:
A 863 – 865 MHz 10 mW e.r.p.
B 864,8 – 865 MHz 10 mW e.r.p.
C 87,5 – 108 MHz 50 nW e.r.p.

Grab those Netherlands limits and slap them into the ALPB International Rules page!

As most of you know, the Western part of Kentucky is one hour behind the Eastern part. I live in the South Eastern section making my time Eastern Daylight time. Anyway, years ago i was a designated driver for a friend who wanted to go out to a club but would rather not drive home with booze in her system. She lived her sister just across the line for the Western time zone. I would leave my house at 6 pm and show up at her sister's house at 6 pm give or a take a few minutes. So maybe i learned how to cheat time? Or perhaps i just had a lead foot. Yeah i probably had a lead foot, i knew all the back roads lol. Anyway, i know this is late but Happy New Years.
