Almost new - barely used. I purchased it on e-bay (from China) for testing purposes. The manufacturer is HLLY, I believe. It is claimed to be 1mw output, but you have to take that claim with a giant grain of salt. It works, quite well actually; with an external antenna and a well regulated power supply I noted no hum and nice sounding audio. I used a telescoping antenna with a BNC connector during my testing, and I was able to get the range to under 200 feet by making it non resonant (i.e., making it smaller), although the range with the antenna extended wasn't all that much more.
I'm asking $25 plus shipping for the transmitter only (about $10 to both the U.S. and Canada). The supplied wall warts are useless and only add to the shipping costs. I prefer Paypal.
