You'd think they would have sent solar or crank-up radios. Probably will have problems getting batteries for a while.

They shipped the radios with spare batteries.

Figuring it will be their only source of outside news and entertainment for some time, they will be running those batteries out is short order.
Not a problem with crank-up radios. Solar charging might get them through the night.

The radios are $9.95 radios. Very low current drain.
