Has anybody had any experience with this Part 15 FM transmitter?

It appears to be a MONO FM transmitter with a digital CD quality storage of up to 18 minutes.Priced at $299,it only works on 106.7 to 107.9 and is dip switch programmed. It is FCC compliant,use your own interpretation there!!!

Also noted the same company sells the whole house transmitter which is stereo,same limited frequencies but no digital storage for $89.95 See this site:
