I humbly submit my first "article" written for the Part 15'er.

I haven't uploaded it yet to my website, but I am placing Tim's "Oompah Hour" under the "Programs" column and this latest "Coverage Area" under the "Part 15" column on my Part 15 Page.
The cultural value of Part 15 is rising, despite attempts to diminish it.
Regarding cultural value, one I'd like to see happen is a professionally made documentary. 45 minutes to an hour, interviews, studio footage, insight into the operators and their motivations. No blatant political agenda other than presenting operators in good light, rather than criminal whack jobs. It would be good PR and entertaining tv.
Very cool. Thank you for writing that. I'm
going to have to keep it, as a guide!
In the 2 years that my AM Part 15 station was on, I
went around with a lot of different radios.
(And in the car.)
No FSM, but it was a blast. My signal also
got into houses for about 1000 feet, but it
was hard to ask neighbors if I could go
into their houses. All of these people were
friends, but still - you can only take that
so far.
One friend of my son tuned in on a boombox
of unknown quality (in a house) about 800 feet away. The
signal was noisy, but it was completely readable.
I don't know which way the radio was facing.
And he might not have been in the best place.
Thanks again, Tim. I'm sure a lot of people
will be keeping your article. Great great stuff!

KenFisher's idea of a Part 15 documentary has my endorsement, it would do a lot to promote this excellent and sophisticated hobby.
I take it the documentary would be a video, since that seems to get more attention from people than a plain audio program.
As far as audio is concerned, the Low Power Hour tries to emphasize the rewards of Part 15 radio, and I plan to do more in the future to push the idea.
Ideas are always welcome, post them here.
Here is a way to do what Tim suggested use the services of the FCC: http://transition.fcc.gov/mb/audio/bickel/circleplot.html
