The next regular TeamSpeak meeting of The ALPB will be Saturday, March 5th at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time (0100 UTC Sunday.)
Lot's going on which affects license free low power broadcasting as of late. From The Initiative to new rates for streaming audio I'm sure there will be much to discuss at the meeting after the meeting.
As for the business part of the meeting there may be sumation regarding our continued support of The Initiative and concern about some individuals that have decided to abandon their own license free, low power efforts which may result in their voluntary withdrawl from our ranks. I certainly hope that is not the case.
If you'd like to join in be sure to read over our Charter Document found at TheALPB.com and if you're OK with it download/install the TeamSpeak Client app and contact me for the server address and password.
No dues, no commitment other than to join in when you can.
Tune in and find out what's going on.

Lots of information and I hope for a good turn out this time.
Getting set for the bi-monthly ALPB Meeting requires a few careful preparations here at KDX Worldround Radio since everything depends on one computer.
The KDX Program stream is compiled in our Zara/Winamp Playlist and feeds both the Shoutcast server and audio line 2 to the AMT3000 transmitter at 1550 AM.
Meanwhile, Audacity needs to be started, levels checked for recording the upcoming meeting.
Microphone on, mic fader up on the mixer, audio line 1 feeding the Teamspeak Server with incoming audio on 89.9 FM from C.Crane FM2.
Notes are jotted as the fading daylight causes brain slump due to lack of energy producing light and adaptation to LED indoor lighting.
Several times because of changed audio patching there was abrupt panic trying to recover control in the last seconds.
Once the meeting gets underway things run smoothly and large decisions are made affecting part 15 and low power radio throughout the world.
You could be part of the leadership team. Join the ALPB.
