For anyone concerned about legally operating a Part 15 community station, one should be thoroughly familiar with the famed KENC station, what he did right, as well as where he went wrong. He could have continued the station and maintained it's two-town reach had he chose to - simply by installing additional compliant installs, but after the year-long battle with the FCC over his existing installs, he had become to frustrated of even bothering to try.
