I submitted several testimonials from Highway Beautification Hearings in 1972, which had to do with use of roadside part 15 AM transmitters (this was before TIS)
The podcast missed the point the first time, although it mentioned using radio transmitters, it seemed to zero in more on the background information, primarily options to using billboards on highways....Oh, and earlier I mentioned that it incorporates ads into the podcast, however, now I realize they aren't real ads.. For example, in this one their sponsor in "Eco Wave Radio" a new product for receiving real time eco-guide information using your cars audio system and even tells you to go to the Eco Wave website and enter a code for a discount.. but unless I'm blind there's no such website or product.
Anyway, it's still an interesting listen:

Since it didn't focus on the part 15 AM transmitter issue enough I reduced the document down to only pages that talked about the transmitters. But the podcast result still focused on scenic issues and akthough did mention the Info System AM transmitters, it discussed the FCCs idea (at the time) of broadcasting on other frequencies needing specialized receivers. So again, it did not focus on the topic of part 15 AM thst I was aiming for.. Still interesting though.

So for my third try I extracted and uploaded only the parts which had nothing else except fot the testimonies of the FCC and the Info Systems transmitter representatives. This was better, it reffered to some of the ongoing efforts (in 1972) in Montana and California (the one in California was still in progress and not yet in operation at the time, but it was those installations which later would prompt the adding of "ground lead" into the rules).
The ad in this one is another fake product called "NavWay" which give real time roadway alerts to your radio, also a complete fabrication, no such product.

I tried one more time by submitting only the Info Sytems representative testimony, but by then I ran out of free credits. I dont know if it ever renews.
