DJbout it explains why no part 15 stations: "I do not play radio playable music."
I get that and think it's too bad that radio is kept so restrained, which gives me a worry because a lot of the talk shows I carry are actually podcasts and contain some F_words S_words and the like, which I allow because the overall topics are intelligent.
A few years ago the FCC talked about dropping the language limitations for licensed radio and TV so that it would be more like cable and the internet where speech is not regulated, but they seem to have fallen asleep and have not done anything about it.
