Ok, I dont know exactly what this is or am I even sure how I got there, but this could be useful for sound effects of an OTR like show or something.
It's just a page of white lines on a green page. Press the lines individually or better yet, keep your finger pressed down on the screen while making circles or whatever.

@mark I'm not sure. Had several unexplored tabs open and that was one of them (I often open links in a new tab so not to interrupt whatever I'm currently reading). It could have been from days ago.
I did backtrack it up to the main directory ( https://pbat.ch/) to find it's by "Paul Batchelor who teaches computers how to sing:" but had never seen that page before either
