Seems Microbroadcasters(ALPB) is off line and a notice comes up unable to locate.
It's been awhile since I've heard a non it's station on that frequency. It was weak , played only music . In the background I could hear another much weaker station at times. . I don't know if it was a part15 station.
Sometimes it's hard to tell if it's part 15 as myself and I'm sure others have a hobby station sounding hard to tell from a commercial one with professional sounding jingles and ID's. The automated programs we have do a good job of that. Some commercial stations when testing like a new station not officially on the air just play music with no commercials, talking, anything.
Maybe an ID thrown in once an hour that's all.
