@mark Our menu bar at the top of the site has a button labeled 'Resources', and we should make a direct link to Artisan Radio's new Blog specializing in Canadian Low Power Rules.
Bill it to my account.
OK Carl, all are free to go to his blog so I don't think he will mind if you can go to his site through resources I'll see if I can do it. Or if I can put the Canadian rules there.
Nope don't know how to do it. Not as simple as it looks to just put a link there.

@mark Really? ❓
I mean I dont know how forums are structured but it seems it would be simple to place a link
@richpowers When I click on it it is different than that. Not a place for just placing a link for references.
@mark Not sure what you mean, but it appears Artisian just put a blank page there as a placeholder. So what you basically have is a blank slate to fill in. I'm presuming that placing a list of links, or whatever there would be a very simple task, cut and dry, done. -
@mark I suggest you go to the "About Us" page, theres already something there so it should give you an idea of placements..
If you can see how to edit the About Us page. then that will clarify how to edit the Resources page- because the two page structures will be identical.
@richpowers I tried. At my end it's a blank space but can't enter anything there and there's an "edit" icon but when I click on that it is all kinds of other things not related to what Carl was referring to.
I don't think the resources is for what Carl was suggesting. That would be under something else.
I'll have to contact admin to see how to have a link to Canada and USA rules. Artisan's summary of the Canadian rules is a good interpretation. But there's also more he has to add on his site not done yet.
Yeah.. currently Artisians knowledge and speculations on the matter seems to be the best resource anywhere for attempting to clarify what it says.
You should off course put links to the actually rules too, as well as Artisian's attempts at deciphering them.
I still have a suspicion that under RSS210 is entirely legal to serve a neighborhood with an AM signal, but I also comprehend the confusion over what is defined "broadcasting".. it's a mess.
