Depending on the way a question is asked can greatly affect the answer and get anything that will sound good. Whether true or not.
This is what I got from SITEGPD when asking about the FCC rule change and I wasn't told I was wrong!
This sounds good! It must be true if AI knows!
"The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has recently made significant regulatory changes concerning FM and AM radio transmission power. Specifically, the FCC has authorized FM stations to operate at power levels equivalent to those permitted in New Zealand without requiring a license. This move is expected to enhance the accessibility and reach of FM broadcasting, allowing for greater flexibility and potentially improved service in local areas.
Additionally, AM transmitters have been granted an increase in power output, with the maximum allowable power doubling from 100 milliwatts (mW) to 200 mW. This increase aims to improve the coverage area and signal quality of AM broadcasts, which have faced challenges due to competition from other media and changes in listener habits.
These adjustments reflect the FCC's ongoing efforts to adapt regulations to modern broadcasting needs while promoting innovation and accessibility in radio communications."
This is why I think that these types of AI applications are best used in conjunction with good critical thinking skills. As a kid, I was taught that if I was going to use a calculator, I needed to have a rough estimate of what the approximate answer would be in my head, so that I'd know whether to believe the answer given.
As for AI generated images, don't get me started.......!
@rugster What are you going to do young man, walk around with a calculator in your pocket when you get older? 🤣 🤣
I hesitate.. but I did write a song about AI a few weeks ago as a part of a larger work..
