Cannot contact Decade.

Has me worried. Trying to contact Decade but get error stating mail box full. Nothing on the website that they are away and when will be back. Nothing about ordering delays or not filling orders, Seems odd that their email is unattended for so long to be "full".

Could Decade be going like SStran did? I wouldn't want to place an order for a transmitter right now directly from them as you don't know if they would receive it, or if/when you'd get it or if they are operating.

Not a good sign.

Well it's Sunday, most business respond only on Monday thru Friday

It doesn't appear their website has been updated in years, their "recent news" page is referring to covid lockdowns and says "There will be a slight price increase, effective on February 2022... "., broken images etc .

However the Rangemaster site hasn't been updated in years either and is in worst shape than the Decade site.

This clearly indicates business has been bad for years but doesn't necessarily mean their out of business.

@richpowers No, I contacted Friday, yesterday and today. It's not that there's no response, I know all of that. There's a failure message...can't deliver. The error message says mailbox full. Email can't be sent! Doesn't matter when an email is sent, it still gets to the recipient and they can answer whenever.

On the website there's no indication of them being away, when they'll be back, or a problem with ordering or something, and for a mailbox to be full and getting a failure message is a bad sign as how long has a mailbox been unchecked when it's a business?

I wouldn't like I said try to order something in this case as who knows if they are operating or it would even be received?

As for updating the website that's not the issue. If you send a message to Rangemaster via contact or email it goes through. You don't get a failure error and the reason is the mailbox is full. 

Artisan brought up a good point about the certification on the ISED REL page where everything is registered and I was wanting to contact Decade to ask about it.

Tomorrow I will try calling and most likely a message will say to leave a message and see what happens.

Got a reply from Decade even though message failed, go figure, so seems all is OK there.
