Summary of unlicensed rules in other countries is now added to the about us section. Put it there along with the detailed summary of Canada and USA rules as opposed to 'resources' as I think most see the 'about us' first when coming to the forum site.

Thanks for this @mark. I'm envious of New Zealand's General User LPFM License. I think we all are. 1W EIRP unlicensed on the FM band sounds like a dream.
